You may block up to 500 sites.If you don't like a site that appears in your search results.Then you won't see any of those pages when you're signed in with your Google account and searching on Google.You can also unblock the site later.Lets take a look at below simple tutorial to block sites from Google Search Results.

1.First of all Sign in to your Google Account.
2.Now visit - Google ManageBlocked Sites.

Choose any site to block from search results.

3.Than simply add any site which you don't want to show results from that site and you are done. If you are going to change your mind, you can also remove those blocked sites again.Like I blocked Facebook site as you see in above images result is not shown from Facebook site.

If You want to unlblock this site simply click "Unblock" and the site is visible in search results.
